The leader of Pivituru Hela Urumaya , MP Udaya Gammanpila said that he would sue MP Hirunika Premachandra for defamation and demand compensation of 500 million rupees.
This was MP Gammanpila’s response to MP Premachandra not being arrested following the abduction and threatening of a man from dematagoda.
He also said that the Joint Opposition has organized a ‘black flag week’ beginning on 2nd of January in protest of the completion of one year under the current the government.
