Former Economic Minister Basil Rajapaksa has been arrested by the Financial Crimes Investigation Division over a land issue a short while ago.Earlier, the former minister was arrested over an investigation regarding a land issue in Matara. He was produced before the Matara Magistrate’s Court and released on cash bail of Rs 50,000 and three personal bail of Rs. three million.
