A.S.P Liyanage to Qatar as envoy

Businessman A.S.P. Liyanage has been appointed as the new Sri Lankan Envoy to the State of Qatar by President Maithripala Sirisena. Liyanage had previously served as the Sri Lankan High Commissioner to Nigeria.
